Mike Simpkins
Mike has a Masters in Human Resource Management and is a member of the CIPD. He spent 16 years in the Army, rising to the rank of Major and has commanded infantry soldiers on active service in Northern Ireland. Mike was actively involved in training in the Army, both as his battalion's training officer and as a qualified infantry gunnery instructor. He specialises in recruitment, assessment, performance management and people development.
