Paul Young

Paul's passion for people development and learning are second to none. He has worked for major blue chip companies Rothmans and Boots Healthcare International in sales and training. He is a qualified CIPD trainer with experience of working in the UK and international markets in the Far East and across several European countries. He was instrumental in the winning of the Institute of Directors "Learning to achieve" award in 2004 for the Ceuta group of companies training programme.
